Documentation Packages 
It’s not surprising that many couples who know and love Rome decide to get married there. And because they are familiar with Italy, and Rome in particular, they are happy to organise almost everything for their wedding day for themselves.
There’s one important element, however, that needs an expert to lend a helping hand, and that is the legal documentation requirements for either a civil wedding or a church wedding.
From 1 March 2013, following changes in the legal requirements for British subjects applying to get married in Rome, we will be offering the following 3 documentation packages for British couples resident in the UK. These include the translation and legalisation in Italy of your UK civil documents for both civil and church weddings.
· Civil Documentation Package for Civil Weddings (includes Booking
and Interpreter)
· Civil Documentation Package for Church Weddings
· Civil plus Church Documentation Package for Church Weddings
Please note: It is not possible to add extra services to these packages. If you require anything extra the pricing must revert to our Standard Wedding Package or Bespoke Wedding Planning rates.

Standard Civil Wedding Package
- Programme for your wedding-day, with timings, sent to you before you go to Rome
- Meeting with our Wedding Co-ordinator when you arrive in Rome to discuss all arrangements
- Services of our Wedding Co-ordinator on your wedding day
- Translation and legalisation fees where applicable
- Advice and assistance with civil paperwork
- Local authority fees for booking ceremony venue (Mon-Fri)
- Choice between the Sala Rossa, Campidoglio; the Complesso Vignola Mattei, Terme di Caracalla; or the Villa Lais, Via Tuscolana for your ceremony (venues subject to availability)
- Interpreter for the pre-ceremony declaration and for the wedding
- Bouquet for the Bride
- Buttonhole for the Groom
- 2 x multi-language wedding certificates

Is your cruise ship stopping at Civitavecchia (the port for Rome)? Do you want to have your wedding in one of Rome’s delightful churches, or in one of the civil wedding venues that we offer, and then return to your ship to continue your cruise – without having to be in Rome for longer than that day? Our special cruise packages may be just what you’re looking for!
